피아니스트인 둘 째가 기쁜 소식을 보내왔습니다. 

워싱턴 국제콩쿠르에서 피아노 부문 1 등을 했다고 합니다. 

워싱턴 시각 오후 3 시에 연주를 한다기에 새벽 4 시 부터 기도를 하고 잠들었는데

카카오톡 소리에 일어나 열어보니 1등을 했다고 ...

 

하나님의 선한 손길이 함께 하셨는가 봅니다.

2014 Washington International Competition for Piano

The 2014 61st Annual Washington International Competition for Piano took place on June 7 and June 8, 2014. Semi-finals were on Saturday, June 7 from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm at the George Washington University, Benjamin T. Rome Hall, 801 22nd Street NW, Washington, DC. Finals were held on Sunday, June 8 at 2:00 pm in the Terrace Theater of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Washington, DC.

Housing

Housing was provided for all semifinalists. These accommodations included access to a good piano for practice.

First Prize—$10,000

Second Prize—$5,000

Third Prize—$3,000

Finalist Prize (3)—$1,000 each

Audience Prize—$1,000
